Bill Howard combines business savvy with a
love of ballroom dancing which allows him to
create exciting new opportunities to advance
the art and sport of ballroom dancing to new
audiences and venues.
A pharmaceutical marketing consultant with
over 20 years of business experience, Bill
knows what it takes to grow a product whether
it is the latest drug for high blood pressure or
the start of a new social dance location.
USABDA's success at Battista's is in part due
to the marketing program he has helped de-
velop and implement.

As an educator with experience teaching at the high school, undergraduate and graduate
college levels, he is attuned to the importance of reaching out to youth and developing
dance skills in all age ranges. He is committed to improving dance education for all
dancers.

If elected the Garden State Chapter president, Dr. Howard will pursue these goals:

1. Develop additional branch chapters like Hackettstown at the rate of

2 or 3 per year

2. Move the chapter newsletter to a quarterly basis

3. Implement a community based dance program focused on churches and

YMCA like organizations

4. Extend USABDA to specialty dances such as Swing, Tango and Hustle nights
